Organic Field blend from a vineyard in Okanagan Falls, BC. Mostly Pinot Noir with some Pinot Gris, and Merlot destemmed and fermented whole berries, macerated for 3 weeks and barrel aged for 4 months. |

Pinot Blanc whole cluster direct pressed and barrel fermented and aged 1 year. Inoculated with Quartz (yeast isolated from Champagne Fleury). 6 months aging sur lie. |

2022 Multiverse
| Merlot, cab franc, pinot blanc, and gewürztraminer. The two reds were cofermented, while the orange is direct from the Bifröst. Destemmed cab franc and a portion of the merlot were fermented in closed top stainless for a more carbonic effect. Both wines barreled separately, then blended just before bottling. |

2020 The Beast
| Our new flagship orange wine, this wine made from 75% riesling and 25% gewürtztraminer likes to show off what a skin-contact wine can be with extended barrel age. Grapes for this wine came from the steepest slopes of the majestic vineyard at God's Mountain Estate in Okanagan Falls, BC, and were farmed organically by us. Four months of skin-contact and a whopping 26 months of barrel age give this wine a silky smooth texture and soft tannins. |
